Orang “Oscar” Dadashian - Implant Dentist

Dr. Orang "Oscar" Dadashian DDS, MSc ImpDent, Dip ImpDent, PGCert RDP

Oscar has been involved in placing and restoring dental implants since 2009. His formal training started at Eastman Dental Institute in Restorative Dentistry and continued with a two-year Diploma course in Implant Dentistry at The Royal College of Surgeons. After a further year of study and research he then attained his Master of Science Degree in Dental Implantology. He is currently a tutor, supervisor and an examiner for the Master of Science degree in dental implantology at King Juan Carlos University in Madrid and actively involved in training and mentoring of other dentists in dental implantology.

His relaxing and calm manner assists him in achieving his aim of ensuring that all patients who need a dental implant have it in a professional and effective manner that guarantees the best outcome.

Philip Gardiner - Implant Dentist

I am a dentist working in London and several practices in the south east looking after patients of all ages.

I have undertaken further training in implant dentistry at the Dentale Clinic in Shrewsbury in both introductory and advanced implantology and am currently studying for my advanced diploma in implantology at the Royal College of Surgeons, awarded by the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (FGDP).

I have a keen interest in Implant and Restorative Dentistry which allows me to provide high quality treatments for patients and has paved the way to my membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners and the Association of Dental Implantology. My aim is to provide the very best care for patients using the most up to date technologies. I also have an interest in orthodontics and am a certified Invisalign and SmileLign practitioner, which are the latest systems to straighten teeth. 

I enjoy kite surfing and am a level five practitioner of wing chun kung fu. I spend all my time with my young family and enjoy holidays in the sun and am found in church every Sunday!

I started out in the world of dentistry in 2009. At that time I was bright eyed and looked at the challenges of building practices to become the best they could be with optimism.

I still love building practices, teams and ensuring that patients receive the best care possible but over time have come to realise the pressures dentists and principals face when it comes to maximising the business side while remaining ethical and honest.

A few years ago I realised what a fantastic opportunity was at our feet in the dental implant market and have now created and implemented systems to ensure patients receive fantastic care, exceptional service and brilliant treatments.

My aim is to help anyone improve the reputation of their practice and start placing implants in the practice.

I first started as a dental nurse until converting and working my way into practice management. I have run practices for a few years now and have joined Dental Implants.London to ensure quality of care.

My passion is ensuring that we will run smoothly and are able to offer you a fantastic service. Understanding all aspects of dentistry is key to my role but more importantly understanding the hurdles that stand in the way of dentists and patients ensures that I can help you eradicate stress and have a easy system in place for referring and restoring patients.

I am here to help you in any aspect you feel you may need help with. I am also here to ensure that our Implant Dentists have everything they need to be able to fulfil our business model.

Jade Trotter – Head implant nurse

Hi, my name is Jade. I started as a dental nurse in 2010 and have learned how to be the most effective I can while ensuring that patients are at ease and cared for.

Implant nursing is my passion. I love ensuring your patients are happy, cared for and our implant dentists have everything they need to complete treatment.

I am able to train your nurses and mentor them through implant surgery and procedures. This ensures that your patients will always be cared for even when we as a team are not in the practice.  

My aim is to make sure your patients are cared for, your support team are trained and our implant dentists are able to complete treatment to the highest quality.
